About Us

The Salem Township Public Library District will offer a professionally selected and well-organized collection to meet the educational, recreational, informational, and cultural needs of our library community. Access to this collection will be assured through well-trained and courteous staff, an adequate facility, and appropriate outreach services.

Materials in this library are available for the use of all persons who reside within the jurisdictional boundaries of the library district regardless of age, race, sex, social, or economic status of the patron. The Library will endeavor to cooperate with all relevant local, state, and federal agencies and will keep abreast of changing technology and practice. All of the above will be done in a fiscally responsible manner.
